How to Download a Product Purchase

Downloadable products are automatically made available once your shopping cart is paid.

- Log In to your account using your Username and Password.
- Go to website menu My Account>Downloadable Products.
- Click on the download hot link, check the box for the User Agreement, click “Continue”
- Your file will then start to download. If you are using the Google Chrome web browser, the file will download automatically to your “Downloads Folder”. It is a “.zip” file (compressed for fast and secure transfer).

- The file is available for 5 download opportunities over 30 days. Please keep back-up copies of your downloaded zip file.
- Save the zip file to your computer and unzip it to extract your purchased PDF ebook(s)/eresource(s).
- Use a program app such as Adobe Reader to open, read and print PDF files.

How to Unzip a .zip file (Windows)
- To unzip the downloaded file, right-click on the .zip file and select Extract Files (make sure you extract to a known place on your computer such as your Documents folder).
- If you don’t have the “Extract” option, it means you need to install the free Winzip or Winrar app on your computer.

Where to find downloads on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Files app. Don't have the blue Files app icon on your Home Screen? Swipe down from the centre of your Home Screen, then search for the Files app.
- Tap the Browse tab.
- Tap iCloud Drive.
- Tap the Downloads folder to see your downloaded files.

How to Unzip (Decompress) a .Zip File on iPhone and iPad:
- Launch the Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Find the zip file that you want to decompress.
- Press and hold on the zip file, then select Uncompress (decompress) from the contextual menu.

How to open and read a PDF file on iPhone and iPad:
- Select Files on the bottom menu bar.
- Locate your decompressed PDF file on your iPad and select it.
- You can now read / print your PDF and adjust the view and scroll settings to your preferences.
- If your device fails to open PDF files, or they fail to show embedded media content, you may need to install a PDF reader app.

eBooks / Software / Unlock Code Delivery
All eBooks and software unlock codes are instantly downloadable once the shopping cart processes your payment. Clickable download hot links show on invoices and/or in My Account>Downloadable Products, each active 5 times and within 30 days.

Physical Goods Postage & Handling
Delivery charge for physical goods is calculated at checkout. Currently we do not send physical goods to destinations outside of Australia.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issue. We want all our customers to be pleased with every purchase and happy with our service because we value your business and we will work with you to find a solution.

You can return items under our general guarantee if in original condition and within a 7 day decision period for a credit covering the product cost (excluding postage & handling, fees and surcharges). Made-to-order items are not refundable.

Software and ebooks cannot be refunded once download link supplied or received/opened.
